Special Rules:
Legiones Astartes: The Judicators
• The Rule of Law: Stubborn while in their own deployment zone.
• The Might of Order: Gains Furious Charge while in the enemies deployment zone.
• Judgment comes: Characters ignore the effects of the Unwieldy special rule.

Unique Rite of War: The Gavel Falls
• Wrath of Judgement: Weapons with the Unwieldy special rule also confer Hammer of Wrath
• Law and Order: Models that take a Judges Gavel gain the Zealot and Crusader Special rules
• Must take a Judicator (Consul)
• Must take an additional Compulsory Troop Choice
• Must take more elites than Heavy Support or Fast Attack choices
• If all independent Characters in your primary detachment are slain, your opponent is awarded one additional victory point

Unique Wargear:
• Lothian Law Hammer: Any Character that may take a Thunder Hammer, Power Fist or Power Weapon may take a Lothian Law Hammer for +20 Points per model. (STR +2 AP 4 Unwieldy, Specialist Weapon, Concussive, Deflagrate, Tesla)
• Lothian Lawbook: Any independent Character may take a Lothian Lawbook, any model with the Legiones Astartes (Judicators) special rule within 6’ of a Lothian Lawbook has the Precision Shots and Precision Strikes special rules. +25 Points
• Judges Gavel: Characters, Upgrades a Power Maul with Unwieldy, Smash and Blind +10 Points (Can be taken on a Lothian Law Hammer, as it is in fact a Power Maul.)

Special Rules: Judgement: This character gains +1 attack and the preferred enemy special rule against Independent Characters that have inflicted one or more wounds against your own Characters.

Wargear: Power Weapon, Solarite Rotary Shotgun, Terminator Armor

Solarite Rotary Shotgun| Range 12” S 4 AP 5 Assault 4, Rending, Small Blast

Special Rules: Implacable Advance, Legiones Astartes, Perfect Counter: During a combat where one or more models with this special rule are charged, models with this special rule have +1 Attack and +1 Initiative.

Dedicated Transport: A Lothian Guard Terminator Squad numbering five models may take a Land Raider Phobos as a Dedicated Transport or a Spartan if ten models or fewer.

The Lothian Terminator Squad may take:
 Up to 5 additional Lothian Guard +40 Points each
For every five models in the Lothian Terminator Squad, one Lothian Guard may exchange their Solarite Rotary Shotgun for one of the following special weapons:
 Heavy Flamer +10 Points each
 Reaper Autocannon +15 Points each
 Plasma Blaster +15 Points each
 Volkite Caliver +20 Points each
Any Lothian Guard and/or the Lothian Warden may exchange their Solarite Rotary Shotgun for one of the following:
 Combi-weapon +5 Points each
 Volkite Charger +5 Points each
 Lothian Law Hammer +10 Points each
Any Lothian Guard and/or Lothian Warden may exchange their power weapon for one of the following:
 Power fist +5 Points each
 Lightning claw +5 Points each
 Lothian Law Hammer +10 Points each
 Chainfist +10 Points each
 Thunder Hammer +10 Points each
Any Lothian Guard and/or Lothian Warden may exchange both their power weapon and solarite rotary shotgun for:
 Pair of lightning claws +15 points
 The Lothian warden may take a grenade harness +10 points
Any unit may exchange its Terminator armor for Cataphractii pattern armor for free.

ooo. Thats what I get for looking at the smaller version of my rulebook.

First revision, Judgement Comes: Characters now simply ignore the effects of the unwieldy special rule.
