Well its time to buy a new carry case. Ive been using the small GW one for quite a while and its just not big enough to hold 50 points of khador or up to 2000 points of orks. Im looking to buy something new! Was looking at the Battle foam sword bag but ive heard nothing but bad reviews on that how the foam is to small for most models. Can someone give me some good advise on what companies to look into for a nice bag/carry case. Im hoping to spend under $100 if possible.

Reaper has some decent cases ... and also Sabol ..... your budget is kinda low for a quality travel bag with foam .. to could also look at the KR cases that are the cardboard ones with foam. They are surprisingly good .

Well, the KR Multicase "Kaiser1 (Classic) transport bag" is C$109.99, for either core or custom foam trays. The bag has no outer pockets, but has a thin pocket inside the lid.
You're better off saving a bit for the "Backpack2 (1 case)", with room for another case later on. This has lots of pockets.
I have both, but I use the Backpack2 more than the Kaiser bags.
Box-wise, the cardboard core-foam boxes sell for C$54.99, and a box with more specific custom trays go for C$76.99.

If you can get them where you are i would take a look at Figures in Comfort. I have 2 of their cases and they're pretty good. not too expensive either

I've never seen this with my foam, although some custom cut foam can be miscut. BF cases are among the best but they are not cheap.
You might want to see if you can get one of the wide GW cases from an online discounter.

I have the Battlefoam 428 I think, its pretty small but I can fit an 1850 army in it pretty easily using a mix of different foam companies and cuts, its quite nice. I need to get some better foam and I am looking into getting some KR multicase cardboard because I have the backpack 2.
It will be nice to have armies stored away and then it just becomes grab and play instead of the magnetized mishmash I got now.

Yeah, if you're on a budget then KR are probably the best bet short of building your own.
The basic card cases are really good, much stronger than you think and can be used as carry cases as well as stackable storage.
You can then get carry bags - Backpacks and Kaiser shoulder-bags - which hold 1-4 card cases. The idea is that you only ever need to buy one carry bag no matter how many different armies (and card cases) you have. The carry bags are waterproof with pouches for books and dice and the like. When you buy a carry bag, you can buy it filled with cases at a discount.
