So the rule if you take azriel deathwing terminators count as troop choice so does that mean all terminators squads are troops and not elite

Yes, Deathwing Terminatorsdo become troop choices along with Ravenwing Bikers. The only units that don't become troops are the Deathwing Knights and the Ravenwing Black Knights.

exactly, you can bring belial to make all deathwing terminators(that is a specific unit type not general term), you can bring Sammael to do the same for ravenwing attack squadrons as troops(and if they take a land speeder as part of the attack squad its a troop also), or you can take azreal and make both troops.
