The Chapter, Company and Revered all have a points cost to them in the codex, but there is no points value for the Sacred Standards.

Is this how it should be or am I valuing Sacred Standards at the value of a Dark Angels Chapter Banner?

Isn't it under the Army list entries for the Appropriate units ?

They should have their own section in the Wargear list.

If it's not in the Command squads unit entry, it may be in the Wargear listing with the other Relics and weapons and all those

Now if I pick a Sacred Standard and I add another Command squad, I am restricted to normal banners only?

Also, being that these guys are HQ, can my warlord or other unique HQ units join up with a Command Squad?

Are you asking if you can take a 2nd Sacred Standard? The wargear listing is quite explicit on that subject.

Any IC can join any unit unless the unit explicity forbids it.

No, I am clarifying that I can only take a normal banner in a 2nd Comman Squad as I already have a Sacred Standard in another squad.

It's more a yes or no question

You can still take a Revered, Company or Chapter Standard / Banner, but not another Sacred Standard.
