I would look at dropping the tachyon arrow, its just not really worth the points, use those points for a warscythe instead of a staff of light. otherwise should be a solid list though for larger games you may want to add some spiders(to spawn more scarabs) and some anti-air. otherwise it should do pretty well at the 1k level.
What are you planning to do with the phaeron?

If you drop the phareon and arrow, you can get a spider to make more scarab bases!

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

First of all, I make that list out to be 1100 points.
The Resurrection Orb gets its best used in a large squad- a small squad like the Deathmarks (since you can't put the Lord with the Warriors, the Ghost Ark only having a capacity of 10) is at serious risk of being wiped out, and then you don't get any Reanimation Protocol rolls at all and the Orb's points are wasted. Likewise, there are no Rapid Fire or Heavy guns to pair the Phaeron with that you would also want to be then assaulting with.
If you kit up the Overlord fully for close combat (Warscythe, Mindshackles, etc.) you should be putting it in a unit which expects to get into combat.
Weak anti-air, which you could remedy by swapping a Ghost ark for a Night Scythe.

The Deathmarks don't need a Night Scythe, they can Deepstrike. Better to swap a Ghost Ark for a Night Scythe to get the anti-air.
Your close combat Overlord is also going to need a means of transport to actually get into combat- putting him with the existing units of Warriors or Deathmarks will be ineffective, because those units are shooting and will be ineffective in assault. You could swap the Deathmark's Night Scythe for a Barge (excellent as per new Chariot rules). Also there's far better wargear to be buying that the Tesseract Labyrinth.
How about this:
HQ
Over Lord + Warscythe + Mindshackle Scarabs + Sempiternal Weave + Catacomb Command Barge 210
Elites
Deathmarks x5 95
Troops
Warriors x10 + Ghost Ark 245
Warriors x10 + Night Scythe 165
Fast Attack
Canoptek Scarabs x9 135
Heavy Support
Annihilation Barge 90
Canoptek Spyder + Fabricator Claw 60
1000 on the nose.
Fabricator claw has a guaranteed use repairing your vehicles, whereas with only d6 psychic charges, the gloom prism may be hit or miss (you may find success with it though). I'm not sure what proportion of the good powers actually target the enemy's units, which is necessary to trigger the Prism.
x9 Scarabs to fit in the points, and because you will only regenerate one in the first turn anyway.
The Overlord would do well with a Phase Shifter, but you would need to drop Warriors or Scarabs, that's up to you.
Alternatively to Barge Lord and Scarabs, you could go for Destroyer Lord and Wraiths, which is a very effective combination:
Destroyer Lord + Sempiternal Weave + Mindshackle Scarabs 160
Wraiths x6 + Whip coil x3 240
Instead of Barge Lord, Scarabs and Spyder.

The Wraiths would work better by being in a large group, and do far more damage than Warriors in the Ghost Ark. The Spyders do need Scarabs on the board to spawn more.

1 Scoring unit is a nono, maybe I could change the Deathmarks to Immortals, what do you think?

Well all units are scoring in 7th, so if you direct fire to be sure there's no enemy Troops able to contest the objective your own scoring but non-troops can hold them just fine.
Don't take my word as law by any means of course, the armies which I plan are suited to my style of play, and it could be you imagine using the same units in quite a different way which just means they don't work as well. In contrast, the lists which you plan are critiqued by me because I can't imagine how you would use them effectively yourself. As you build up a collection and are able to move things around you'll find something which suits you. You can always proxy a unit to try different combinations if you're opponent is fine with it, until you know which models you definitely want.

What do you think of the updated list?
