You'd start all of your jetbike squads in reserve to lower the chance of that happening, and you'd have, on average: 3 casts of Hallucination, 3 casts of terrify(-1ld), 1 cast of horrify(-3
ld), 1 destructor, 3 vortex of dooms, 3 cleansing flames, 3 purge souls, 3 gates of infinity, and 20 casts of psychic shriek to thin out/eliminate troops that are securing objectives each turn.
The horrify + terrify combination will probably be fun. Successfully casting both puts your opponent at -4 leadership and immediately forces a morale test. If they don't run, psychic shriek them for
3d6 minus their (now modified)leadership in armor and cover ignoring wounds. On average, you're going to cause 4-6 wounds per psychic shriek, of which you have plenty. I could see this list completely killing 3 10-man
tac squads every turn.
The real weakness of this list, I think, is against vehicles.
