My guess, cadian upper torso, catachan arms, head and weapon, no idea on the legs though.

I figured the Scots don't mind a bit of a fight every now and then. So he's showing a little Celtic pride with a kilt. I was thinking of trying to do a tartan pattern, but frankly I find the concept a little scary.
