It doesn't look bad. Maybe not super efficient, but that's not what you built it for. I'd want to find 10 points to put a Thorax Hive on the Winged Tyrant, just because (because Landraiders ) I habitually add Thorax Hives to Tyranofex as well...Two templates is just so much better.
At 1850, Regen is usually a waste, I can't reccomend it for games over 1500. There is just too much Dakka, you almost never get to Regenerate, you just expire in a hurricane of dakka.
All in all, you should win a few, and lose a few. If it gets to be too many, you can trim off some of the upgrades, and make a tougher force without a lot of effort.

Thanks pinecone77. I have the opposite philosophy when it comes to regen. I usually only include it in high point lists. It goes well in 1500pt battles does it?
Thanks. I might drop some termagants and give the hive tyrant and Tyrannofex thorax hives. Definitely can't go wrong with 2 templates

Word, in low point games Regen can destroy the player's morale. People will just stop shooting at it. But once enough resources become available it just gets focused on till it dies, so the points go to waste.
My "standard build" for a Tyranofex is Adrenal Gland, Thorax Hive (Electro bugs) for 200. In low point games, if I have points left over I might toss in Regen for a Unstoppable Troop Destroying Terror!

Looks like a pretty decent list. A couple of suggestions, some of which are similar to pinecone's:
1) I would drop the brood of 1 zoan and instead split the 2 venoms up. That will provide more shrouded coverage, and it will force your opponent to shoot 2 different targets to remove your cover saves.
2) Drop the regen off of the tyrann. As pinecone said, it's rarely worth the posts. The 30 points could be spent on more troops, which are guaranteed to absorb fire and hold objectives.
3) Your cc warrior squad I think is a big waste of points. 3 warriors are very unlikely to make it into combat because they can be ID with S8. You would be better off using those points elsewhere.
4) With the points you've saved, I would buy more troops. Nids win through numbers. It's incredibly tough for opponents to deal with tons of troops AND MCs at the same time. Increase your horm and term squads to at least 20 each, and maybe a couple more shooty warriors.
Good luck with Nids. Welcome to the hive mind
