Ok I just bought the Y-wing, starter set and two B-Wings.
A Friend just got the imperial aces, starter set and slave 1.
I know he will use Bubba and Fel I need help with the list.
I would like to use all 4 ships. Give Ions to the Y-wing and Torps to the B-wings. But I am not familiar with this game enough to really know what I am doing. And I am worried about Slave one blasting the crap out of me.

An easy set up is
Biggs
2 Daggers w/ Fire Control System
Gold squadron w/ ion turret
100 points
Fly Biggs in the back to draw fire, the Y ionizes anything that gets around you and the Bs just tear apart whatever comes their way.

Yup with what you have that looks about right. Use the ion to keep Fel in line. while the other three ships concentrate on the the other ships. Check out the videos on youtube about how to fly formations, then box up and take them down. That being said if you get a change to drop Fel do it, he is a beast when he gets out of your control.

I would play it differently, Biggs, 2-blue squadron b wings with advanced sensors, gray sq. ywing with blaster turret.

A normally use Adv Sensors as well, but as he does not have the cards yet, That is the best list for what he has.

And it is kind of silly to expect a new person that is obviously concentrating on Rebels to go out and buy two Shuttles, just for the sensors for his B-Wings. When the E-Wing releases (Wave 4 status changed to shipping now today, yay!) then I can see it becoming a more reasonable upgrade suggestion for new players.

So fel is worse than slave 1 with bubba? And torps are a bad idea I guess?

He also said he was playing his friend and not in a tourney. When our club plays friendly games we normally don't use those cards but still pay the points. My advice was for a friendly game.

Fel is scary because he's so agile. He can move around, dodging out of arcs and lighting you up while you can't fire back. Fett is scary too, but he's a lot beefier.
Torps are generally not used because they're expensive, cost an action to use and without additional focus or re-rolls they aren't much better than a normal attack with target lock. That said, Flechette Torps are awesome sauce.
