I'm keen to play a type of Black Inquisition... an inquisitor corrupted by chaos..

just looking for cool conversions/ ideas for some conversion work of my own so any posts are welcome

Here's the model I use for my Radical Inquisitor. The sword is obviously a Daemonblade, and she's rocking Pyromancy.

Consider some Nurglings on the base, or a nice freehand Chaos Star on the cloak.

The model's metal, so it might be too much work.

Things off the top of my head:
Altred skin color
Daemonic weapons like blades or prehersy ish stuff
Daemonic auras and colors (purple/reds)
Slight mutations

great place to start

also keen on making a corrupted malleus inquisitor....

with a few like, Desubot said, daemonic weps, slight mutation ect might be awesome

Here's my 'almost fallen' Malleus Insquisitor, sporting a Demon Weapon and wearing Chaos Termaintor Armour. It's probably not as chaosy as you're looking for, but the CSM Termy Lord would be a great kit to start from.

I chose a page by random but he does some kickass conversions including corrupted & very grim dark character models.

The Fabius Bile model is a great base for an evil inquisitor. Lots of room for customization.

The CSM Termie lord is a great kit to work from as there's a lot you can vary on it. Most heads will work on it, and any terminator arms and weapons are compatible, so you can use it as anything from ornate, gothic puritan armour to semi-demonic radical armour (Which is what I've gone for here). You might need to spend a little time shaving off some of the chaos-specific symbols, but as a base for any terminator conversion it's one of the best models out there.
