Here's the concept: Doomsday Arcs have an excellent 72" S9 AP1 Large Blast weapon. Like all ordnance weapons, the problem is that the template doesn't usually end up where you wanted it. This list runs 3 Stalkers with TL Gauss Cannons. This will twin link the Doomsday Arcs resulting in a dead hit 5/9 (55.5%) of the time.
How it's played: Drop a bunch of (relatively accurate) ordnance to blast enemy units apart - scarabs and warriors (with 45 total gauss shots per turn) advance and clean up the remnants of enemy squads, and the GA/Warriors (being super scoring in 7th) lock down objectives. Lord w/ a Warscythe is there just in case there's a single terminator or the like that needs finished.
Any input is appreciated. I think this list would be pretty competitive, but I have generally stayed away from ordnance due to unreliability (inaccuracy). I can't imagine that 1.5(average) S9 AP1 Templates on target per turn could result in anything other than devastation.

The doomsday arch has a blast weapons but is not ordinace. Check your codex. Two separate firing modes based on weather or not it has moved. Automatically Appended Next Post: You have no anti air. You have 9 armor 13 skimmers, which is awesome sight the new vehicle rules, even if they are open topped.
Your overlord will be an incredibly easy target.

Correct, they're not ordnance, but honestly I could care less about the extra d6 armor penetration. Whether I mistakenly called it by the wrong title, a S9 AP1 pie plate with 55% accuracy is just as deadly.
The overlord goes in a GA - I don't anticipate he'll be getting out until the enemy has been beaten badly.
As for anti-air, there's a total of 6 arcs in the list, each of which have 10 Gauss Flayers. For anti-air the plan would be to hit the craft with a TS TLGauss, and then light it up with 30 Flayer shots. That'll get you 9 hits, which should be good for about 2HPs.
I actually did a little reworking of the list, and dropped a unit of scarabs and reduced the remaining to 3 bases. Also left one of the TS with a heat ray for the extra anti-tank.
The extra points allows for a LanceTek in each GA, which will provide needed anti-armor that was lacking in the original posted version.

If its competitive, you need more infantry. Drop a stalker and a squad of scarabs in favour of two squads of ten warriors and 10-20 immortals with tesla carbines(the cron equivalent of riot control) spend the remainder on particle weapons for your remaining stalker

The idea behind the list is to take a unreliable but powerful S9AP1 weapon and use the Stalkers to make them, twin linked, doubling it's chances of hitting it's target... the TL Gauss on the Stalker is there to double the chances of Doomcannon doing it job - I simply can't see the logic in weakening that capacity in favor of an attempt to hit the unit with a weaker blast weapon.
Being light on troops is a valid concern, however the reason being outnumbered is a concern is because the army can easily get swamped - The idea is that the Doomsday Arks when TL'd by the Stalkers can take swaths of enemy infantry off the board.

Don't forget that you can have loads of infantry in vehicles, which are now better than they were. I can see an army of Orks in Battlewagons causing you some problems, though you're better equipped for it than I was with your scarab bases. You can stall them, at least, but I'm afraid that they'll go from combat to combat from turn 2 onwards, not giving you the opportunity to use your Doomcannons more than once or twice, depending on table edge deployment and who goes first.
I've been an unfortunate witness to four Battlewagons and 50+ Orks rushing my lines, to great success. Just wondering what your plan is in that event? Or in the case your opponent uses an army like mine (scouting Raven Guard). Not to mention Drop-Pods. Scarabs will take out the the armor, but your opponent might then be in combat the next turn. :(

You're paying 165 points to reroll a 175 point weapon. That is not worth it. Just take more Doomsday Arks if you wanted that. For 30 points more you're changing 3 twin linked blasts for 6 blasts which is massively better.
So fundamentally the idea of the lust is flawed on that level add in that a S9 Ap1 large blast isnt that great with ignores cover and it is not competitive. However with 9 Av13 Hulls you'll be tough to kill. That is maybe the area the list should move to. Drop the Triarch stalkers get 2 CCB Overlords and should be able to get 4 Ghost Arks and 6 Annihilation Barges and have some points for Royal Court members. Then you've got 12 Av13 Hulls, and a potential 72 S7 shots a turn, 36 S6, 124 Gauss shots and serious CC potential plus whatever Crypteks you took to the party.
