Hullo.
Just a quick one as I don't have the card with me. Can Ryan do two magestorms under Blitz? Or because its a *action does it not count as an additional attack?
I can't remember the wording of blitz, I guess this also goes for eHaley temp accel, with that giving you a second initial attack?

* attacks replace a model's initial attacks. pHaley's feat give additional attacks. You cannot use additional attacks to perform any more * attacks so the answer to your question is no, Ryan cannot do two magestorm attacks under Blitz (but he can make a Magestorm and then use Blitz to make another normal attack).

Just to add in, "Additional attack" is a specific term used in the game. They're always just normal attacks, and they always happen during your combat action, but after you do your initial attacks or a special attack (see p.49 of Prime) - but not after a special *action however, as that prevents you even having a combat action at all.
So since Ryan's attack is a *attack, he can still make an additional normal attack with his pistol under pHaley's feat, if it was a *action, he would be unable to do anything else.
Just letting you know the terminology for future reference
