Well people have told me that just the other day GW has change the rules with the CCB? What was it and where can i find it.?I look at the Black libaray FAQS and i seen nothing about it?

The changes are in the main rulebook where you find the rules for Chariots.

That is not the help i am looking for lol.I cannot find in the black libaray a sections the have FAQ warhammer rules,jsut all of the codexes and such,so can somebody help me out here?

The answer is in the Necron Codex and the Main Ruled for 7th ed 40K.
The forum is not a replacement for the rulebook, due to legal reasons, sorry.

The changes to chariots are nothing to do with the FAQs. 7th edition had introduced some major changes to the way chariots work in the core rulebook. That's where you need to look.

There is a change in the FAQ; first page Loses transport capacity and changes to Rider: Overlord.

Not trying to pick a fight or anything, but this is one of the most unhelpful things you can do on a forum below simply not answering a question.
Aside from the fact that google tailors results to an individual and thus people will see different results; the OP in question seemed to be asking about changes made recently in the FAQ or otherwise.
Before clicking on your link, I checked the BL FAQ and errata where the codex hasn't been updated since the one in may and the rulebook doesn't even have one yet. So, obviously, I was confused that no one yet has pointed out that there doesn't appear to be any changes bar the ones made on may 27th and the new rulebook itself.
