Specifically, how many can you fire from a single model in one round? I have heard it ruled as either:

A: One - Two (each is a separate weapon), and no other Shooting from that model

or

B: One - Four (It is one weapon) and still one more Shooting attack

or

C: One - Four, plus up to two more Shooting Attacks (it is a special case)

I don't have my book on me right now to pore over to suss out the answer, so I throw myself on the mercy of the masses.

A. They are each single use assault one weapons, not a single gun that can fire multiple times.

Are they classified as missles, and thus limited to 2 per shooting phase?

Because if not, then you could fire up to the maximum allowable by the unit type (Flying monstrous creatures).

As it is not a Flyer the 2 missile clause would not apply. FMC/MC can only fire 2 weapons total a round.

Didn't the 2-missile limit for Flyers get removed this go-round?

Yep fliers have no more 2-missile limit.

MC/FMC can def only fire 2 weapons/shooting phase or overwatch.
