I've looked about 10 pages back and didn't see a thread with this topic.
I want to play a Daemons list for 7th, but to me it seems like they auto-lose.
Now I know this can't be correct but since they have the Deep Strike rule, and must start in Deep Strike, coming in starting on turn 2 how do they not lose?
Basically, I'm after a paragraph, or page that can give me some clarity. Thanks in Advance.

(Emphasis mine).
Where does it say this? (The underlined) I can not find anything in the Daemons codex that says they must start in reserve,

You ARE using an old codex, as Hollisman said (and as DeathReaper did not).
If you'd like to get up to date with all the cool kids, get a new Daemon book! It came out in 2013 (about a year and a half ago).
If your opponent is fine with you using an old book (and if you're ok with a lot of house rules to make it work with 7e), then go ahead and do so. If you choose to go that route, then let me explain: Daemons must split their army units into two waves. Pick a Preferred Wave and a Secondary Wave. On the start of your first turn (not Game Turn, but YOUR turn), roll a D6. On a 3+, your preferred wave Deep Strikes in using Deep Strike rules; also, the rest of your units get reserve rolls as normal, and also Deep Strike in when they arrive. If you roll a 2-, then the vice versa occurs: the gods are not happy with your strategy, and your Secondary Wave comes in T1, with the Preferred Wave units getting normal reserve rolls. Note that a player only loses if he has no models at the end of a Game Turn: since you'll have models on the table at the end of T1 (unless you scatter and Mishap VERY poorly), then you won't lose.
Hope that helps. Remember to ask permission from your opponent to use an outdated, defunct, and very powerful old rulebook.

It would make a nice Detachment or Formation in fairness.
