Da Kunnin' Plan:
My idea is to saturate Painboys and HQ Meks amongst my units to provide unit survivability, assist in vehicle repair, and a chump to take challenges so that the Painboys and Power Klaw wielding Nobs can do their jobs. I mounted the main units in 4 vehicles:
1: Ghazghkull, Painboy, Mek, and MegaNobz in a Trukk for a super MANz missile.
2. Tankbustas, Painboy, and Mek in Battlewagon 1
3. Slugga Boyz, Painboy, and Mek in Battlewagon 2
4. Shoota Boyz in Battlewagon 3
Grots in Reserve and 3 single Outflanking/Scouting Rokkit Kopters.
Here is the unit options and cost. Hope I get to try it out this weekend! Let me know what you think.

Do you plan on doing a lot of ramming with the Battlewagons?
If not I'd drop the Deff Rollas for some Oilers on the Meks, or just drop a boy or 2 to get some Oilers. The Meks only repair on a 5+ so having a re-roll for when you need it might help.

Why not just add riggers to the wagons. it will not die is just as good if not better then meks now.

I do drive through a lot of terrain with my BWs, so the Dangerous Terrain re-roll from a Ram or DR is absolutely necessary. I also do a lot of Tank Shocking. Both increase the Front Armour by 2 when Ramming, but not Tank Shocking. There are no more automatic Tank Shock hits from the DR or double hits from DoG. The only difference in function between the two on a BW is the additional D3 S10 AP4 hits when a unit fails to stop the BW with a Death or Glory attempt. It is not a great deterrent, but one less hit on my BW is one less hit, and the price difference is 5 only points.

I do have Meks on 2 of the 3 BWs, but they will disembark when the unit gets out to assault stuff. I have given the BWs Grot Riggers for It Will Not Die, so that is one or two 5+ rolls already while they are embarked, and a 5+ afterwards. Now that I think about it, I may put the third Mek in the third BW since the Shoota Boyz are less likely to disembark. Hmmm...

Your Nob can't take a big shoota either anymore. He can take a tl shoota or a combi skorcha to help with horde armies. Will help with precession strike to help get rid of powerfist's or other nastier stuff.
if you plan on outflanking the koptas you could just take 25 point buggies that outflank now. it will save you some points.

GORK MAUL IT! That sucks. Twin-linked shoota it is. Characters don't have Precision Strikes anymore.
