So this came up in a recent game and we were not exactly sure how to resolve it. 6 thunder hammer hits were dealt to a CCB in assault. All 6 of the penetration rolls were rolled at the same time but only 2 of them exceeded 13 and 2 others equaled 11.

Can the marine player resolve one of the over 13 results first, thus popping the shield, and then resolve the remaining rolls against the lower AV, or do all rolls have to be resolved against the quantum shield? The 7th edition book isn't particularly clear how to resolve multiple penetration rolls in this scenario.

Unless they were at different init steps, I should think they strike together against AV 13.

I haven't played 7th edition but don't you still roll verse back armour?

I realise it's not related to the question, but that is not the correct use of the word 'verse'.
