Ghazghkull Thraka 225

Aegis 50

3 Battlewagons going forward with Thraka, Meganobz, 20 x2 Boyz and 8 bikers sitting behind with the Big Mek and the Painboy.
Big Mek gives a 5++ to the Wagons.
30 Lootas behind an Aegis.
Seems pretty much in line with the previous codex army lists.

Yeaah.... just one problem, you have 4 heavy support slots 2x loota squads and 2x battlewagons, unless you are going Unbound.
The battlewagons are also in bad need of some upgrades.

Oh, poop, you are right, thought I read the wagons to be fast lol. Silly new layout!

So minus 1 squad of Lootas, what to do with the 210 points...

I think with the subtle little changes extra warbikers would be better than fewer nob bikers.

If i were you id drop the big mekk and ghaz and take a megaarmored warboss, and 5x rokkit buggies instead. Its cheaper and does just about the same thing and some better, one MA isnt a Lord of War and 2 you get tbe buggie screen with 5 twin linked rokkit shots.

I always press dat, if you know what I mean.

If you go with a Nob unit you should add a WAAAGH!!! Banner, it makes them way more Killy.

Also I'm not sure how many geared up Nobs you have, but leave some at minimum gear so that they can take wounds without wasting your points.

Also I'm not sure that Ghazy is better than a Warboss with similar Gubbinz.

Another option is to swap the extra Lootaz Squad with a Tank Hunter Squad.

You might also look at putting your Big Mek on the Relic Bike.

It will allow him to hide behind his Boyz and still be in range with the added bonus of AP3.

Warbikers > Nob Bikerz.

You get more wounds, no vulnerability to ID, more damage output in shooting and more damage output in combat. You could get a full unit of 15 with Nob with BP & PK for less points than that Nob squad. In fact enough to get a lucky stikk on the Mek and make them all Ws5 . Dump the kill choppa a PK is infinitely better for just 5 points more.

I'd look at perhaps a few Killsaws in the Meganobz they are VERY good.

Your Boyz and lootas need Nobz with boss poles or they are running away at the first sign of trouble.

I agree with the Bikers being better then Nob bikers now.

How are you getting Nobz in Lootas? There is no way to do that. Adding Painboys to the Lootas could be fun.

Big Mek doesn't want to attack in CC if you ask me. I would drop the Killchoppa on him. Give him the special bike instead.
PainBoy, Warbike 75
Boss pole would be nice on him.
10 Gretchin 35
20 Boyz 120
19 Boyz 114
Boys are fine, I really like shootas in wagons. Being able to hope out and shoot and then charge is doubley nice. Or stay in the wagon and shoot out of it. Either way they are awesome.
5 MegaNobz, BattleWaggon 330
Could use rigger and for sure a plank to help them charge. A weapon is good. I like kannons and a couple big shootas to shoot. So what if they are Snap fire. They get a good amount of shots. Kannon can also be a blast to help with crowd control.
7 Nobz, Warbikes, Power Klaw 340
You would be better taking regular Bikes as has been said. Boos pole on nob can be nice to cover them if you don't want the Pain boy to have it.
BattleWagon 110
BattleWagon 110
Both could use the Planks if you are going to assault out of them. Weapons can be useful as well. Again like above. Ram can be useful as the rollas are not as great, but helps keep it moving through dangerous terrain.
15 Lootas 210
Great unit. I use 2 squads of 15 most of the time.
Ghazghkull Thraka 225
Seems to be a point sink to me. If you were using the Ork FOC then he can be nice with a 2++ all game past the first turn as long as he is the warlord.
Aegis 50
Never been a fan of Orks using this. I am not a fan of them really being something that can be bought in games. I would rather use the points for Ork stuff. YMMV

Just some ideas.

Sorry I meant Characters when I said Nobs so in the case of Lootas that is Meks.

I agree weapons on BWs so you don't get insta immobilised by a weapon destroyed result. Riggers and planks are also great. I also agree the Aegis is not really necessary there should be enough cover for the 1 unit of Lootas to hide in back field.

This is not possible. The Ork Horde Detachment does not allow you to Waaagh every turn (and is effectively pointless as you may as well just go unbound as you don't get OS). Whilst the Ork Warband Formation includes no LoW slot for Ghazzy.

I would honestly drop the Lootas when running a Wagon list the wagons will eventually just get in the way of your shooting. Grab another Battle Wagon with the spare slot and fill it with something killy.
