I have 20 necron warriors

Apart from the ctan, deathmarks and flayed ones, the elites section is CRAP.
Priority one:
5 tesla immortals
Priority 2:
Annihalation barge or doomsday ark
Priority three:
5 shield lychguards
After that just deck out your ranks with monoliths, flayed ones and whatever you want

Well, I'd go for
DLord
6 Wraiths
10 Warriors w/ Ghost Ark
5 Immortals w/ Night Scythe
10 Warriors w/ Night Scythe
2-3 Annihilation Barges.
Lynchguard is overpriced for what it can achieve and Flayed Ones are the worst unit in the codex.

Yes, a good run of the mill build there, listen to this advice, OP.

Holy crap, no, do not listen to anything this guy has to say. (We're beginning to suspect he doesn't even play Necrons and is just a troll... at least, if his comment history is any indication, anyway).

Deathmarks and maybe triarch stalkers. Pretorians are only for fun game(I just like their fluff). Flayed ones are quite possibly the worst unit in 40 k.
As far as things that are worth taking, wraiths, anaihilation barges, night sythes, warriors and ghost archs. The only really good named character in my opinion is nemesor Zandrek as his buffs to you shooting really really help. If you want an overlord for close combat then give him a warsythe, sep weave, mindshackle, and if you're scared of ap a phase shifter.

There are a bunch of people who never play with Flayed Ones, never play against them, and say they suck. Then there are those who actually have a considerable amount of games under their belt that know they are quite functional, particularly in 7th edition with Maelstrom missions and there ability to score now. The 65 point groups of 5 are great objective grabbers if you have the spare slots.
When you place them, do the best you can to always have one hidden. This will stretch their RP and really put a diminishing returns on any firepower that goes their way.
I've also run a group of 20 that I will hop a DLord to on occasion. It's a pretty nasty unit that gets substantially underestimated by people that never face it.
