So with the rumor that the new starter box will be Orks vs. space wolves. I figured I share my Orks wish list for the new starter box
Wants
Ork war posts with power klaw
Plastic weird boy
Nobs
Storm boyz, Kommandos, or war bikers( more than 3 please)
And maybe a mek gun or two

Expectations
Ork warboss with power klaw
2 squads of 10 boyz
5 Storm boyz
A war buggie or wartrakk
A big mek with KFF or Kustom mega blasta
3 killa kans

So these are my thoughts
Just remember nothing is confirmed just giving my hopes. So what are your hopes for the new box set?

Space wolves wise I'd like to see a good looking iron priest.

What's wrong with the current one? Apart from the Servo arm backpack, that model is timeless IMO.

Expectations:

Unique SW Lord (confirmed)
10 Grey Hunters
5 Wolf Guard Terminators.

Unique Warboss (confirmed)
20 Boyz.
3 Meganobz
Maybe something else...

Price over £100

What I'd ideally want:
Boxes equivalent to the Strike Force boxes, for Orks and SW

SW:
Wolf Lord
20 Space
5 Terminators
Drop Pod
3 Thunderwolves
(comes to around £145)

Orks:
Warboss
Mek
30 Boyz
5 Nobz
Battlewagon
Lootas

(comes to around £150, off the top of my head)

Both priced at around £110-120 so there's some saving.

It's looking like that's not actually a starter set, but rather a campaign box with models for the Sanctus Reach campaign.

I hope so, would like a starter set without space marines for once like Eldar versus Imperial Guard or something.

That's not going to happen.

And at least according to White Dwarf when 7th ed dropped, the 7th ed starter is just Dark Vengeance with the new rulebook replacing the 6th ed one.
