Can a single model attempt a Disordered Charge if he is close enough to make it into base contact with 2 seperate enemy units?

Possible but highly unlikely. Since you have to move into B2B with the nearest model in your primary target by the shortest route possible, that most direct route would have to put you into base contact with the second squad as well. If you have to alter that path even the slightest to get in B2B with another unit, it makes the multi charge impossible.

No it is not possible.

The initial charger must move into base contact with the Primary target just as you would against a single target. (The Assault Phase chapter, Multiple Combats section, Move Initial Charger heading).

It goes on to say that once the initial charger is in base contact with the primary unit remaining models can charger models belonging to the primary or secondary targets.

Also there is a restriction that further disallows it "a charging model is not permitted to move into base contact with a model in a secondary target, unless it cannot move into base contact with an unengaged model in the primary target."(The Assault Phase chapter, Multiple Combats section, Move Initial Charger heading).

Never possible.
Once Overwatch is resolved, find the initial charger for the primary assault (the model in the charging unit closest to the primary target) and attempt to move it into base contact with the primary target, just as you would against a single target.

If you're moving into base contact with the secondary target, you're not moving into base contact with the primary target just as you would against a single target.
