Sorry guys but even if it was a one person company those are inexcusable CS stories.
Everyone, every company that deal with customers, knows that a happy customer will tell one friend and an unhappy customer will ten ten friends. You must always rectify any situation as quickly as possible. The fact they still don't seem to have a full timer dedicated entirely to customer service blows my mind and is unbelievable.
I love me some Mantic but that's just total nonsense on their part.
BTW Etna's Vessel we have a big group in Richmond VA so if you ever wind up down this way, we occasionally play Deadzone and Dreadball and I've enjoyed the Warpath beta if you want me to demo it for you.
Oh squall018 didn't realize you were nearby in Danville, same for you! Do you know if the AAF Tank Museum still does their open days? I ran a couple demo games down there a few years ago.

Doug, they no longer do any gaming there. They are actually moving to Ohio in a few months. I made sure to visit one last time about a month ago before they leave.
I do head to Richmond every once in awhile, next time I do, I will shoot you a PM, and maybe we can meet up for some Deadzone.

I won a costume contest at one of the tank museum's open days when I was dressed as a USCM from Aliens, hah. Sucks they're moving, Always fun to see that M60 crushing cars.
And yeah, please do. We have a large game room at my place with an 8x4 table for minis and a separate table for board games (currently covered in my wave 2 Deadzone stuff, hah)

I find 1-2 weeks to get stuff resolved, normally 3-4 emails. I am fine with that, not playing to a deadline. I haven't made a mistake on contents, I guess if I did I would return it?
