No. To take them as an allied detachment you must follow the FoC requirements for an allied detachment. However, you could take them as a space wolves detachment. Then you need to fulfill the minimum requirements of 2 HQ and 2 Troops.

Also note that unless it's your primary detachment, the Wolves Unleashed Detatchment loses all its special outflanky goodness.
Further note, a Wolves Unleashed Detatchment never has Objective Secured, but Space Wolves taken as a Primary Detatchment or as an Allied Detatchment may.

Jeffar - to correct, wolves taken as a CAD would.
Your primary detachment is simply where your warlord resides, which can obviously include wolves unleashed etc.

Not true.
The "Cunning of the Wolf" rules doesn't say this detachment must be your primary.
The "Jarl of Russ" Command Benefit however only applies to the Primary.
