The one alteration I'd consider is losing the murderpack. I don't have the data slate, but it seems like a lot of points for dreadnoughts. If you were to ally in Daemons, you could run Belakor to invis things and get some plague bearers to add to your backfield OS. Again, I say this in ignorance, as I haven't seen the formation rules.
Yes the deep striking Chaos Sorcerer w/ Typhus can summon decently well ,but perils and no Feel No Pain. I start off going for Sanctic with gate of infinity to be able to bounce around. Sanctury gives them all a +1 to their Invulnerable. Vortex can be successfully cast but the Psyker will suffer a peril mostly likely. Hammerhand just makes the squad more brutal with 6 ST10 attacks, ST6 Force Weapons and ST8 Force Weapon it's just not something you'd want to charge. Gate of Infinity is what you want for sure but Sanctic, Hammerhand or Vortex are all good.
Here's why the Murder Pack is Awesome :
1. It's a Vehicle Squadron , buffs get cast on all members (Shrouding , Invisibility)
2. If it get's a crazed marker it gets to pick the result.
3. The champion has a 5++ and can get Look out Sir! Rolls , plus while alive the squad get's to pick the result of it's Crazed Marker.
That unit has
2 Autocannon and 2 Missile Launcher Dreads, plus 3 Multi Meltas
That was my big question on whether I should even bother to mix the H. Weapon Load outs.
