So I have been wanting to make an admech list for awhile and this is what I came up with for counts as. Let me know what could be better and/or fluffier. I could drop the Wyvern battery for another Contemptor but they only have 24 inch range vs 48. Also if the wyverns were cut the astra mil could be allies so drop one mech vet squad for something else shiny such as a vindicare assassin once that supplement drops.

I have changed the list significantly. The beamer sits with the cloaked scout squad in a buffed ruin. I like the conversion beamer with all the deadly 24 inch range. If you get close contemptors and vindicators frag you. If you sit back you get s10 ap1 plates.

You seem to have a good amount of stuff. A sicaran or two would be nice to get around Jink/shrouding schenanigans.

That is 30k is it not? I was thinking about a knight but it is a large chunk of points and so would take out a few things from the list. Not sure if it is worth it.

I do not have the books just have battlescribe and have seen the rules for contemtors. If I drop the entire guard section I have get 2 knights. That better or worse then the guard?

I would say better. Thematically definately

By cutting the thunderfire and a few points here and there I could get an assassin. It could even borrow the landspeeder which is open topped so could assault out. Any worthwhile or better off with thunderfire?

I think Battlescribe might be off on the Contemptor Mortis. (Assuming we are using the same input files)It has the base points value at 175, but IAA:2E has it at 155. When I saw your lists, I can't say I can figure out how you got 200 pts, since Kheres are 25 pts each, which would put your dread at 205 pts.

EDIT: Holy accidental threadnecro.

Imperial armour 2 - second edition - bumped the contemptor mortis up to 175 base.

Annoyingly I can't find it on battlescribe...
