In 6th Ed rulebook it says the Sunrifle is assult6 but in the latest Eldar codex it's assault 3, while the AP is also different in both books. Which is correct?

Yes but some of my group still prefer to play 6th Ed because we only got back into 40k just before 7th came out, so any thoughts on the correct stat line to use?

The Eldar Codex is the only book with rules for the Sunrifle, because the 7th Edition rulebook only contains a few of the most common weapons.

If your group is house-Ruling to play 6th Ed, then they can decide what Rules to use and this forum will not be able to help much.....

Ok thanks, I'll suggest we go with the Eldar codex stats then.

The 6th ed rulebook has the profile for Eldar weapons from the 4th edition codex. As the 6th edition codex supersedes the 4th edition codex, the stats listed in the 6th edition rulebook are defunct.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
