After a while of looking around on 1D4chan for a bit I came across the pages with details about this guy and that guy. After reading about that guy and seeing a bit too much of myself in that guy I have started my journey to turn away from that and walk the path towards this guy. Any advice on how I can achieve my goal?

Get Baptised maybe? Spiritual Rebirth etc.
You could even get a 40K themed baptism and ask a cosplayer to dress up as an Echlesiarchy Priest and baptize you in the name of the God Emperor.
