Anyone use the Nomad Uberfall Kommandos? I'm ordering them soon and I'm wondering what I should plan for. What works with them, what tactics work best, etc.

I have a little bit of everything and two Gecko TAG's.

Choose what you want to hit then run and murderize them. The main thing to watch out for is preventing the chimera from receiving aros as she's that main weakness with no hyperdynamics and all the pupniks being linked to her. She has smoke which is necessary to cover her but it can be problematic at times with the impetuous order. So taking a morlock is also a good idea so you have another impetuous troop you can activate before the uberfalls to throw smoke out in front of them. Other than that its just about placement and trying to avoid as many shots as you can. ( the chimera can shoot with the combi ofc but its not really what you want to be doing with them.

The last thing is they need a couple of orders behind them so don't chuck them in a combat group by themselves or with only 1-2 other dudes.

Another thing I'll add, and its more to do with CC in general in 2nd edition is that its often more worthwhile to not spend orders on a CC fight. Spend the orders getting them into it, but its often a bit wasteful spending more to try and finish the target if the first hit doesn't. That way it forces the opponent to spend one order on that CC at least and the unit is still.tied up.

If your attack is going too well, you have walked into an ambush

The easy way is always mined

Wow! Thanks. It's my first CC unit but now I have a better idea how to go about using them.

Airborne Infiltrating Tomcat

I have never see them in action or use them....but I think its just like useing Morlocks.....point--run--kill--get killed. Maybe there is other way.... using Bakugin Sectorial you can have 3 squads of commando.

Every Nomad kid want to be a Tomcat when they grow up.
