I want to build a fast moving cc oriented CSM List and I like Khorne :-)
So this are my first thoughts for a 2150 points list. Im thankful for every comment.
Think this in 2 detachments:

Easy plan:

The Lord goes with the Spawns as fast as possible to kill something.
Both Khorne Berserkers ride in the Raiders.
Cultists catch some objectives and maulerfiends kill some verhicles on theyre way.
Oblits give some firesupport where it is needed.

The most time I play against Orks and SM. No Eldar or Tau in gaming Club

Khorne lord can't roll with MoN spawn, opposing marks.

Drop the mark on the spawn, get the unit up to 5.

I think you've fit in everything you want in the list which is good. But still you end up with a lot of points and not many units. And still no anti air. This is the cost of chaos elite units alas

Would you switch the oblits for havocs with autocannons?

Yep, pg30 "An Independent character may not join a unit with a different mark of chaos"

edit- I'd also find 10pts for dozer blades on the raiders, a little insurance against gimping your assault plan with a bad terrain roll. Maybe drop the gifts of mutation on the 'zerker champs?

I prefer oblits to havocs. Split them down into small units and deep strike.

Your second Berzerker squad is 220 pts. With the marks dropped from the Chaos Spawn, you should be at 2144 (if the numbers are accurate, no Codex on hand at this moment to audit). I would give the Chaos Lord the GoM rather than a Berzerker Champion.
