I was looking for card sleeves to organize my pile of x wing cards. Has anybody used this sized sheet for their upgrade cards?

I use coin collector pocket sheets for mine. The cards stick out about a quarter of their length but that makes them a lot easier to get out (or in) and they are also big enough to hold the fighter base cards. I had a picture of them in this post http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/120/598932.page#7133534

I ordered 100 of the tobacco pages and 100 of the regular card pages since the price break at quantity was huge. will post pics when they come in.

I have all my upgrade cards in regular size baseball card sleeves, but would love to swap them over to that size if they work out! Let us know what happens!

I stopped by the local baseball card shop and checked the tobacco pages, they are too thin to fit the cards in I'm afraid. I've looked up collectible coin shops and might make it to one tomorrow to get those sleeves if they have some.

Mayday Games do card sleeves for nearly every size of game card on Earth.

They don't list X-Wing specifically but you can match sleeves to cards by dimensions.

I just use side loading baseball card sized sleeves, I can fit 2 upgrade cards in the FFG protective sleeves inside fine.

I use the FFG ones, the silver\grey coloured pack is for the pilot cards and the smaller yellow coloured packs are for the modification small cards.

about £2 a pack or $3.60

They contain 50 sleeves per pack.

That is good to know. Their spreadsheet was made in an edition of Excel that creates file formats incompatible with Numbers on Macintosh, unfortunately.

the BCW tobacco sheets are too narrow for the upgrade cards.
So I am going to cut 1/8" off one long edge of all my upgrades

I'm headed to he local hobby lobby soon and will pick up a pack of Hesse and see if they work for the cardboard bases. I'll keep an eye out for the upgrade sheets as well.

Any place that sells the ships, should also have 2 sizes of card protectors. Almost all the places here in NJ do. If you still havent found any by the time youve read this post....I'll send you a pack (free of charge) and info for ordering some.

Chgeers!!! A.J.
