Subject: Fist full of Kung fu, anyone played it?

I picked up a fist full of kung fu while back when it was super cheap on the kindle. Even though I don't have anyone to play it with at, I put together a squad for the game earlier today. For those of you who haven't heard of it fist full of Kung fu is a game by osprey meant to be used for playing action ad Kung fu movies including but not limited to heroic bloodshed movies like hard boiled, Bruce lee or jackie chan films as well as things such as big trouble in little china.
All in all it seems like a pretty interesting rule set. You create your squad from scratch starting with a base of either protagonist, bruiser or extra from their you assign unique skills like pistols, duel wielding, acrobatics, ground fighting and so on. It has a slightly RPG feel when you create your characters.
My squad is a police based squad with a character who is essentially Max Payne as the leader, the bruiser is a suited government agent with a little bit of hand to hand along with 4 swat guys a sniper and a detective complete with trench coat. It's mostly ranged focused though.
Has anyone actually played a game of this and tried the rules out? I would be interested to see what they thought of it. I really want to give it a go.

Just as un update incase anyone is interested I have actually started to paint up this force now and I am putting the finishing touches on the SWAT side of the force. If anyone else plays the game, is interested in the game or just have a force of miniatures that would work well for it please share as I would love to see it.

Any ideas on what kind of force you will be aiming for theme and model wise?

I am half way through painting my guys. Not up to the highest standard but you an see what it consists of by clicking here. I probably wont be able to use all ten guys in a single game but its still nice to have them all togther.

I got the preorder bundle so have the North Star sets. I probably have enough painted SWAT and detective types from other projects to us to make a force similar to yours. I hope to tackle the Martial Arts Heroes or the Demons set as my first figs specifically for the game.
Your figures look pretty good!

Thanks mate, cant wait to see yours.
I dont have a full set of any of the north star guys. I already had the Tag Swat and the Swat commander where ever he is from so I just bought the protagonist and bruiser off someone. The Bruiser was the one I wanted the most due to him being tequila from hard boiled.
I have found with a few of the north star sets I have really liked some of their figures but not enough to get the whole set. I really like the Bruiser and Fanatic and the Dim Mack protagonist I like but I am not amazed with and the rest of them I am not fussed on so I'm not really after the whole set.
