I would like to share to you my Space Marines army i am trying to finish from some time.
Till now I finished the Rhino. Soon I will post my Tacticals either.
What do you think about this painting scheme?

Fantastic! So are you doing the Angels of Absolution chapter I suppose? It looks fun to paint. I get so tired of painting dark green.

Its my first vehicle from WH40K and I didn't think of any chapter. I've just like to paint my minis in that scheme. Angel of Absolutions they can be - Yoda

No. That is my self made background but I appreciate your mistake

Some of my new finished minis, what do you think of that:

Looks really good, and I like the theme. They don't need to be a chapter to have a certain colourscheme asfar as I'm concerned. The marine pics could be a bit closer or bigger, can't see the painting or details too well.

Just interested; why does the Rhino have battledamage, but the marines appear not to have it?

When I was initialy painting those models I've never thought that they will become a single army cause I wasn't a WH40K gamer. I've been painting them separately only for fun looking for proper color scheme. Now i think that with some more work I can make them a cohesive group and I will try to keep new models similar to those already presented. However I think I overdo the weathering of the Rhino

If they've been inside the rhino they won't have taken the same damage.

They do look good

always though Deathwings were 100% Terminator group, but tactical marines look good in that scheme too

Just run em as Sternguard. Anyone who played back in the day will appreciate the Deathwing in PA throwback. Deathwing weren't always all termies.

It took longer than I thought (almost 5 years longer) but i finally finished elite support for my SM army.

Maybe the marines aren't all beat up because the rhino took all the fire for them without exploding.

Will your DA's characters be in white as well? I wasn't sure if your Librarian (also a member of the Deathwing) would be in white armor. My old DA army had all Deathwing Sgts with white shoulder pads to signify DW.

I'm really impressed by the paint scheme. Really well done.

I think I will stick to white/bone painting scheme. I am cosidering red and black also./
