Got my TAC comers list for a local tournament that is going to be using the two sources rule and I've tried to construct with the intent to use it against Tau, Eldar, Imperial Knights, Space Marines and maybe Dark Eldar, want your opinions on the list.

I could potentially replace those Gargoyles with two units of Deepstriking Rippers for more Objective Secured, thoughts?
Very nice! But I'd drop something (Gargoyles?) so I could toss in a second Malanthrope...if you have one. You have the makings for two "Bug stars" but only one source of shrouding....if you're short one, you can use a Zoey+Veno for a few extra points (and a Power of the Hive Mind!)
I am considering another Malanthrope...if my local gaming club decides to cut out Formations :O then I'm thinking of changing that Living Artillery into another Carnifex BugStar unit to see how that works out
EDIT: I did actually make a list which had two Carnifex BugStar units just now (spam all the S6!), but do I replace the Gargoyles and Electroshock Grubs for a Mawloc? Or having Biovores in place of the Gargoyles? Or keep the Gargoyles as a fast tarpit? Ooh the choices

Word, as weak as our Codex often is, it still gives plenty of decent options. Even if you run one "Bug star" you'll be happier (IMHO) if you get some shrouding for the LA. The obvious, and effective counter to a artillery park, is counter battery. Park LA in Ruins, with Shrouding, and only Tau can Counter battery you. (And lets be honest, if Tau waste all their markerlights on LA, you will most likely win. )
Agree with you there, Nids aren't out for the count (just despise Eldar at the moment )
Anyway my local tournament has decided to limit it to one CAD only, so no Living Artillery...bugger it all. Not to mention I am aware that one of the tournament organizers is likely to be Eldar with three Wraithknights...great, cheers mate, no favoured Codex's then? :/ (More than willing to bet he takes allies because 'my tournament, my rules' :/ )

Spam S6 is always nice to have...Carnifex's too. Hive Crones should be useful denying those cover saves. With the 2+ Jink from Shrouded, should be pretty good to play
I also changed Hormies into three units of Termies for more cover and OS, as well as finding room for that 2nd Malanthrope. The S7 AP2 Blast and Streams should be useful in deal with tougher foes, such as the Wrathknight and TEQ, as well as having part of Living Artillery :thumbs: Just wish formations were allowed in this tournament :(

I did have a Venomthrope and a Bastion ready to include more Shrouded, but the tournament has now said, no Fortifications...fully in favour of an Eldar win...but Gargoyles as a mobile screen and tarpit seem decent enough. Have the Gargoyles and Flyrants swoop up and fire off S6 shots, as well as tarpit the dangerous units, allowing my army to move up relatively unharmed. Spamming S6 seems nice enough and with S9 HoW and charge, heavy vehicles should not be an issue.
Minimum points intro troops to spend elsewhere, while also being good at claiming Objectives. But what do you think about removing the Rippers for a unit of 2x Zoanthropes and 2 units of 10x Termagants for Synapse, Warp Charges (maybe Infiltration if I roll Master of Ambush and Psychic Scream)?
Thoughts on both lists?
