Thanks! Yeah I've always preferred fantasy but I started with a friend that wanted to play 40k.. But he's since lost interest so I made the switch and haven't looked back haha

Will hopefully have my first blood knight finished this weekend, going for a dark blue/red scheme, almost like a night lord I guess so hopefully turns out okay.. Just unsure what colour to do the horses

WIP update on my blood knight kastellan. Reds are done and just gotta highlight the blues. Not sure if I'm happy with the horses skin though.. Might do another highlight and maybe throw some blood on it. Trying to go for a zombified skin tone..

Thanks man, still tossing up whether to add any casket guards or whether to leave it as is.

After a long hiatus, back to painting brets, heres most of my big knight bus finished:

WIP of my lore of life damsel. Not sure what colour I should paint the horse, leaning towards white.

Man, I love that converted casket of souls. Great idea and the paint job is good too. The brets are coming along nicely.

Finished another couple of knights, black and white knights at the back. White/black is a lot harder than it looks to paint!

Excellent great work all around. Although it seems you've missed the pupils off the green dress lady.

I'm a little scared to try to add pupils cause I think I'll screw it up or make her have crazy eyes. I'll probably do it eventually, til then she's in the middle of casting and 'drawing power'

Heres a WIP update of my BSB, not sure if I'm happy or not with the attempted freehand on the banner/barding :/

Finished my BSB, next is my lord (on the left).. Will probably take awhile

WIP of my bret lord, trying non metallic metal for the first time though I'm not sure it's working :/
Also not sure if the blue tinge to the robes was a good idea.

Finished the rider, onto the horse now.

That yellow and red knight rocks! Not feeling the purple and green hexwraith though - I'd argue for paler colors on both. YMV of course.

Thanks! He was my first knight, his antlers keep breaking though :( And yeah I wasn't really happy with the way the hexwraith turned out but it was a good learning experience.

Update on my Lord, on the home stretch now. Tried NMM on the horses armour to a better result than the knights armour I think.
