here's what I've put together so far...

Shang Jr: lieutenant, combi-rifle with flame thrower

It's basically the starter set with a few bits bolted on.
How does that look?

Good unless you play ITS (because you've got a whole 1 specialist).

I found a nice dirty Morat list for ITS

Oh? Do share. I find Morats kinda hard in ITS since they removed LT as spec.

Hmmm...

What do you think I should change?
I'm happy to swap the Tiger Soldiers for something else, because they're very old models.

I'd give the hacker to the Shang Ji - he's a close-range beast and with BTS -6 can actually do more with hacking. Not to mention that as HI he'll be protected by a hacking device.

The other one I don't get is the chain rifle Domaru - you've got enough HI and other order hogs like the Tigers not to worry about offensive power, what you need is orders.

I'd grab 2 Celestial Guards with combis, make one a LT. Possibly make the combi Tiger a paramedic so he's a console-clicking AD specialist. Then you have extra leftover points so I'd just upgrade one basic Zhanshi to an engineer - your choice, I'd go with Tokusetsu because I'd prefer not to waste orders dodging into cover when there's a console to click or a HI to unglue.

The final product would look something like this:
