Given his reliability in generating the Invisibility power, what unit would make best use of Tigurius's support in games of 1250 points?

Centurions seem to be a popular choice for that.

Invisibility is a force multiplier in that it makes any unit a deathstar. Centurians are one of the best choice because it already is pretty durable but they're also capable of killing any kind of unit in the game reliably.
