First impression: It's very good. Chakotay's ability is nails, but Cal Hudson's is terrifying, potentially broken. Tuvok is neat, and will see a lot of play, the Photons are very good. Belanna's not bad either.

Interesting. Hudson's bargain basement upgrade prices on an indy ship are great.
Chakotay's captain skill is too high imo. (but I live in a permanent state of insult at Sisko's rating being too low).
I want to see what this little shed with engines has as a movement card. Potential for a trolling ship with annoying one use abilities then ram the bugger into something.

It has the same dial as the one with Eddington in the Collective blind pack. 1&2 straight are green, 1 bank are green, 3 come about red, everything else is white. It is the same dial for Defiant, D7, Jem Hadar attack ship, both Romulan BoP, and B'Rel class.
For me I think Hudson and Chakotay will be bringing along weapon slots and their independent photons to my Gorn fleet

The way I see it, is Sisko is no Kirk. I mean he is on a Space Station most times, not a real Captain, so he doesn't have the Experience like a Starship Captain would. Just like Kirk would not be able to run a Space Station like Sisko can.
(Why is my Auto correct suggesting Sissy for Sisko? )

Because he never went hand to hand with a gorn, or half the female species in the alpha quadrant

Doesn't mean Sisko's can't be a 7 or 8. I find it odd that the black men all seem to be lower skill than their counterparts. (and the highest any woman gets is 8) Although the gencon Sisko apparently hulks out.

No, he just punched out Q, beat up massed ranks of genetically engineered super soldiers on liquid cocaine, became Bajoran Jesus, commanded the largest armada actions in Federation history to victory, nailed Kira and Jadzia's evil doubles and made amazing Cajun food.
Sisko owns Kirk. Sisko is easily a 9.

Well, for what it's worth, when I was back home for Christmas, I was watching the Star Trek films, my (60 year old) mother was sitting, knitting and watching them too.
She commented that Picard, particularly at the end of Star Trek First Contact, was far more attractive than Kirk.
More on topic. Like I mentioned in my other post, the sheer terrible, rubbish technical language (it reminds me of GW's!), in this ship horrifies me.
You've got Chakotay's:
"Perform a 2nd maneuver on your maneuver dial with a speed of 3 or less"
Which is all well and good, and makes perfect sense to me.
Then you have Tuvok's "perform an additional 1 Maneuver (straight bank or turn).
Which, you would have thought, was something rather different in function. Except for it being the same language as Jadzia Dax's ability, which was FAQ'ed only being allowed if you had the maneuver on your ships dial ( so a borg ship couldn't do a 2 bank). However, oddly, this never made it into the new FAQs...
