Unbound? Surely the best way to include a Reaver is with lots of AA and a VSG for extra douche as he doesn't fit on a Skyshield.

i was thinking of sticking all of the other stuff on the skyshield but i also considered doing the space marine flyer formation which is also about 550 with 2 skyhammer assault cannon goldfish and las melta raven

also i think the list i posted above is bound unless i missed something about inq not being a primary

Forgot about the no cad or real foc so I guess it is unbound dumb ins Foc. Would taking 2-3 flyers be a better choice?

Depends what you want. Stoŕmravens, Vendettas etc that are good at killing other flyers are the best bet or a FBSC (though not sure you can fit it).

Indeed. If you want a reaver in a battle-forged army you must have a lord of war "slot" - which means a combined arms detachment (or similar Space Wolf or Grey Knight versions).

I'd probably go Dark Angels with two full scout squads scouts and a librarian. Arm the scouts for melee work to protect the titan from getting kneecapped by melee units, and the librarian's psychic hood gives the titan some protection from maledictions and so on.

Plus, invisibility cast on a titan ups the trolling to a whole new level.
