Hey guys, quick question about summoning spells. If I have Nagash, and I summon 65(x3 = 195) points worth of a character, and I'm allowed to give them upgrades as long as it's within their points limit, can I summon new models that have items that have already been used? For instance, I have a Liche Priest with a Dispel scroll, and you can only have one of those in your army. Can I use it, then summon another priest with a Dispel scroll?

I guess that makes sense. What about something, like, Neferra's Scroll of Mighty Incantations? Could I summon multiple models with that? I'm not sure if that counts as something only one guy can have.

It doesn't say that you can have multiples of it, so it's one per army. The scrolls are an item.

You still have the item in your army. It's just Destroyed, so you can't use it. But you took it.
