So, I regularly use the 30k codex in 40k, and to be honest it's fun, unique, and a 40k version would be bland and crappy without the unique units.
I mean, you could, I suppose, just use an allied mechanicum detachment with just Adsecularis, Techpriest auxiliaries and land raisers, along with IG for tanks.
You'd be bored, but it'd be "fluff compatible".

I have more unique units, but I am showing them off when I get replies or I need to bump the thread. That way I keep it at the top.
Okay, so you've got an HQ unit statline with no points costs and no wargear listed. I don't know what feedback you want.
