i have been to the school league 2 times now and played tau and they did really good for me and only drew one game in the school league so I'm looking for something new and fun this time but still mean so hears my list's

with this list i can have a flying lv 4 and generate 6 warp charge and then when i roll for extra i can reroll the result because go the fate weaver then summon more deamons.in 600pts summing is really big and annoying.

I'd go for list 2. I for one know that my 600pt list will be ready for a Knight Titian, and i will be able to take one down without much trouble. And if you lose that Knight Titian, that's game for you, as those Scouts won't be winning you any games.

As for your second list, you will want to talk with the Manager about how Fateweaver interacts with Malific powers. Because to my mind, he doesn't get to roll on it due to having set disciplines from the Twin Heads of Fate rule. Just something you will want to talk to your store about, because it's better to have the convo now then in the middle of a game when someone is calling you out on it.

what school where you i am Winston Churchill school and i used tau as well also the 2ed list is good.

There were quite a few knights last year, didn't do great, I've also play tested the deamon list, almost identical to your own. It doesn't put enough models on the table that can stay there to be viable. What is your tau list, might be slightly more consistent if built correctly
