So im wanting to convert a haemonculus that looks like pinhead from hellraiser i think this would be really cool, but don't know where to start really so could do with some ideas?

A bald head (Hasslefree Miniatures?), toothbrush bristles, and a vey skinny drillbit could be somewhere to start, I imagine.

Mmmaybe some form of magnifying lens too.

You are probably going to need micro machinests drill bits and thiiiiiiinnn copper wire. There are Plenty of Astartes patterned bald heads from spess marhines. and i think there are a few bald heads in IG.

Yeh it will be a really hard conversion that's why i wanted some ideas, i was thinking of using the wrack kit for body, but the head is going to be the hardest part, but well worth it.

Oh yeah, very good point. Plastic is gonna be a lot easier to drill than metal, in a couple of ways - effort and snapping bits.
