I'm painting five Necro Deathmarks from the box immortals.

My first model i base painted with ironbreaker twice, thinned down
2, i put down another base over the whole Deathmark but this time it was a mix of 1:1 with ironbreaker and Chaosblack
3, drybrushed with necron compound
4, washed the Deathmark with reikland flesh so now it looks all rusty, washed it 3 times
washed the weapon 3 times with Nulin Oil

Dont have any good camera so cant show any picture yet.
but once i find the cabel for my iphone i will trow em up.

But now to my problem. now he looks all rusty, what way and color and techniq i use
to make some metallic pop out and put highlights on all the upper parts on the "plate" parts on the arms and legs etc.

Got these colors metallic way : ironbreaker - necron compound - Leadbelcher or something
Got other colors aswell if you think i should trow something else down before any of the above colors.

I've decided to paint the torse symbol blue should i paint in blue on the small stripes that is around the Torse symbol ?
and what color should the plate that the torse symbol is in ?

I think your issue may come in with the all over wash technique, though to dissect what you've said of your painting system I have an issue.

Why do two layers of iron breaker if you only intend to then hide it all under a darker colour, there is very little effect if any you are gaining from the initial iron breaker here since it is hidden away and just adds layers of unnecessary paint.

I'd would instead go:
Prime black
Layer lead belcher
Highlight iron breaker
Dry brush necron compound
Selectively weather, be this via a wash, weathering pigments or just paint weather for effect, you lose a lot of this with an all over wash, it stops being rusty and starts being bronze in appearance. There are a lot of techniques for weathering that can work here that don't lose your metallics that the all over rust takes away from you.

what weathering pigments should i get then?. i'd prolly buy a set with all the pigments that exists.. but vallejo's wargamer's or what brand?
how to paint weathering i dont know >.<

First of all leadbelcher is lighter then ironbreaker so do highlights with a darker color isent that kinda wrong ?

... Lead belcher is significantly darker than iron breaker
