Subject: Psychic Shriek. Do you roll to hit? HIWPI Poll

Check page 30 paragraph 2 as that tells us to do all 7 steps. So page and paragraph where a miss stops the process please or is that yet more made up rules?
Just because nothing happens at steps 5-7 for attacks that do not hit does not mean those steps are not performed.
How to resolve Psychic Shriek is still an open issue. If you want to open up a thread to discuss it, feel free to do so. This thread is not the place for rules discussion.

That has no direct relation to ps, it is just confirming that blaktoofs assertions are unfounded, and directly contradicted by the rules.
Blaktoof - to correct your misunderstanding / poor recollection, you were asked to prove that assertion first well before the thread was locked, and never did.

It is a place to correct inaccuracies however. If you disagree, maybe start your own thread. Or, instead of posting off topic, maybe hit the yellow triangle of friendship instead.

You are off-topic. Blaktook posted per thread purpose. Take your discussion of inaccuracies elsewhere.
You're off topic, no you're off topic, nuh-uh yuh-huh
If you can't play nicely, you don't get to play. Some of you probably need to step away from these sort of discussions for a couple of hours/a day and calm down, because some of you are skirting warnings
I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...
