I'm looking at the Iwata HP-M1 airbrush.
Is it worth getting? I know it is a short one. And may require some "relearning" compared to my dual action brushes.

Do any of you fellow Dakkanauts have any experience with this model?
Is it fiddly to use?
Are there any known issues? I've tried googling it but found very little info.

I may be an donkey-cave, but at least I'm an equal oppurtunity donkey-cave...

Why do you want to switch to a single-action brush if you already have a double-action?

For the money, you can buy a much more versatile airbrush.

Just a crazy notion of trying something new. I also like the smaller size. Would be interesting to try one.
But if what I already have. Dual Actions in 0.3 and 0.5 mm needles are more than adequate I can spend my monies on minis to paint instead.
Cheers.

Well I was able to find this review of it.

It seems decent enough, though it appears that it's kind of specialized in the way that you have to adjust the airflow manually for each task you want to perform. Even though it looks to be a nice piece of equipment, I wouldn't spend the money on a less versatile tool than what I already had at my disposal.
