This is a question that came up in a crossover Deathwatch/Dark Heresy Game, and I wonder if anyone here might have an answer.

Are there any canon Honours or Medals specific to the Sisters of Battle? I'm referring specifically to (similar to the space marines) badges of merit that denote a specific skill or earned additional duty such as the Iron Skull (for exceptional leadership) or the Marksman's Honour (for exceptional accuracy).

The badge of the Celestian is the Sororitas equivalent to Terminator Honours.

Other than that, the main battle honour that Sisters receive is an additional bead on the chain that their Chaplet Ecclesiasticus hangs from. Junior Sisters wear the Chaplet hanging from their belt - they only have one or two beads. More experienced Sisters have a full rosary and wear it around their necks, while Superiors, Veterans and Celestians often have enough to wear a full belt.

A bead is awarded for each action the Sister takes part in.

Not really, mainly because the Sisterhood is all about humility, sacrifice, and denying all pleasures in order to be closer to the God-Emperor. Awarding badges and marks of honor to a specific Sister kind of undermines this whole philosophy.

Thus, the Sisterhood would not mark out a Sister who is especially good at one thing or another, lest it lead her to believe that she is better than her fellow Sisters, which is the sin of pride and hubris. They are assigned into squads befitting their training, their natural talents (a Sister who is naturally good with a heavy bolter is going to be assigned to a Retributor squad, one who is good with a multi-melta is going to be assigned to a Dominion squad, etc.) and experience. You don't see, for example, novices being Celestians.

Their banners may have various badges that identify their Order's participation in certain military actions, sort of like campaign badges, but this doesn't single out a particular Sister, just the Order (and the action in question might be many hundreds of years prior to the birthdate of the oldest Sister in the Order).

ETA: And like Furyio mentioned, there's the beads on the Chaplet, which are not specifically "medals", but more a notation of a given Sister's "time in service".

It'd not suprise me if they had other honors as well, ways to mark sisters who acheive impressive things. but it may not exactly be medals, it'd proably be a one time thing like "you did a amazing job sister Judy, as he on earth clearly smiles on you, tonight before dinner you shall lead us through a prayer"

Might not be a visual medal. Maybe a note added unto there file "sister ..... Excelled on raid against heretic cult on planet ...... , good potential for advancement"

There going to keep track on career to pick out those to prmote or those to join a specialist sqaud.

The Witch Hunters codex, which they used back in 3E, says that Sisters can get a helmet with a fleur-de-lys mounted on it if they have "performed with exceptional courage and honour".

Purity Seal are also an honor.

My old Codex Witch Hunters claims each bead represents an act of penitence. For someone old in the service a bead might also count as ten, a hundred or even a thousand.

But one thing not yet mentioned is their fondness for tattoos and such. Being a strictly controlled body of religious warriors means you probably can't just decide you want one, you have to earn the right in some way.

Possibly, but they all seem to have the standard Fleur on their butt, so I'm not so sure that they're not just an inventory control code.
