Subject: How to arm my Dreadknight

I've recently purchased a grey knight Dreadknight. I was considering giving him the Gatling Psilencer, and the heavy incinerator, but I'm not sure if I should give him the sword as well; or even change the incinerator, for the heavy Psycannon?
Any help would be appreciated

Personal Teleporter, Heavy Psycannon and Greatsword can never go wrong, and then you can add the Heavy Incinerator if you got the points to spare.
Your Dreadknight will be a threat to anything, anywhere on the board pretty much.
The Heavy Psilencer is pretty lackluster in most cases with only strength 4 and no AP.

I know, but with force activated, I'd take the 2 or 3 6 ' I may get to insta gib most Nids, Necrons, SM, daemons, and chaos daemons with the Psilencer. I've watch a few reports with people using it, so I'll give it a try
I'll make a second with the Psycannon thanks!

Try playtesting it before you glue on the Psilencer, just to be sure. The thing about the Psilencer is that it relies far too much on luck (casting psychic power, hitting, wounding, and getting past the armor saves). Statistically, the Psycannon is more effective against a wider range of targets.

Yeah you're probably right to be honest. But I think I'll make one with the Psilencer and one with the Psycannon. We don't play competitively so we can always 'count as' for the sake of it I'm dying to get a kill with the Psilencer though... just for one of those memorable 40k moments haha

You don't actually have to glue the ranged weapons to the arm for them to stay on, the wire thing sticking out of them can hold it in place so you can take it off and switch if needed.

Don't forget that you don't have to actually glue the guns on at all.
They way they are made you can actually snap fit them on or take them off for each game.

Indeed. You don't need to magnetize Dreadknights to have all their weapons be removable.
Don't glue the right hand socket and you can swap out the fist, sword, and hammer for each other. It easily slides right in with a little filing.
As for guns, simply leave the little shoulder boom arm thingy unglued to the shoulder socket and guns. Then it can rotate freely and allow you to snap on the guns to either arm at will. Although the kit only lets you assemble two of the three gun options.

IMO the Psycannon upgrade puts the points over on this model big time. Heavy incinerator and personal teleporter is really all you need to inflict massive death and it makes it hurt less when it gets focus fired down from an entire armies firepower. Keep it as cheap as possible.

I go jump pack + heavy incinerator. Makes DE cry with No Retreat! when you can cover anywhere within 42" of you with a S6 (so instant death T3...) template
