Trying my hand at using the new Nids to make a competitive list. With 3 drop pods and 3 flyers it should be pretty aggressive list. Looking for thoughts and suggestions!

Looks pretty nice. The only thing I'd suggest looking at is finding ways to manipulate the reserve roll. Not a list I would build, but I think it's a "style" thing. (for starters a list with no Mawloc, )

Looks really solid. My only concern is the backfield elements, I wonder if you'd be better off going all aggressive with nothing sitting back. That way you put more pressure on your opponent then I'd want some reserve manipulation. With that in mind I'd dump the Tervigon for a Venomthrope ina Bastion with comms relay. This gives you reserve manipulation and alphastrike protection and saves you 55 points and enables you to drop the termagant brood giving you another 175 points to spend on extra killing power.

Here is an updated list with your suggestions (as I needed a second troop choice I figured Hormies as they are fast and cheap). I've only used Mawlocks once with little success but they do put pressure early on which may work good in this list. Is this a stronger list now?

Would change the Tyrannocyte w/ Venoms for Barbed Stranglers and then switch that Pod with the Deathspitter one for the Dima. Gants will die from the pod if it scatters and the Dima will appreciate pinning.

Looks decent though, would split the Hormies into two units of 15 though so you can grab two objectives.

Yeah looks good now. I like the Venoms on the Tyrannocytes as it helps open transports. You could split up the Hormagaunts to 2 x 15 or even 3 x 10 which gives you more flexibility. However it means they need more baby sitting and give up First Blood easier. The choice is yours.

Looks pretty nice! If you could chip loose 20 points to put Thorax Hives on the Tyrants, I think it would be worth it.
