No idea why they print so few. One suggestion was they're trying to push the iBook but I hate books on screen, and I don't have an iAccount.

The reason they print so few is an old marketing trick in that for the first printing they only print a small amount so that they will sell out quickly therefore making it appear as though it is super popular and driving up sales for the second printing.

As for the book I am really excited about it. Looking forward to the unified elven army and the new named characters sound interesting even if it unlikely we will get new models.

and the one that really makes me interested is Alarielle Incarnate of Life, I know that Isha is the Elven goddess of life but also that Ariel is also her avatar. That makes me wonder if they are going to become one or something.

I get the marketing ploy but you'd think we'd have seen a second printing of at least nagash by now. Or maybe they'll do a reprint of all 4 in a combined release sometime after book 4.

Also it's been confirmed tyrion draws widowmaker.

Honestly I'd rather pay extra for the hardcover. Just not $100 extra for the "limited edition"

I'd rather get the ibook. Easier to carry.

See I hate the ibook. I don't like books on screen to begin with. Plus the iBook is some weird interactive version. I'd rather just have an epub or mobi that's an exact scan of the physical book. That I'd pay for.

Hell I'd love me a pdf but GW won't allow that due to the lack of any real DRM.

Sadlly the only option that gives me what I want AND is actually attainable is 2nd hand off ebay or to take a trip to sartosa

certainly there are pros and cons to ebooks, but for something like this Im not a huge fan of the iBooks.

novels are one thing, but something that you need as a reference tool, it can be more of a hassle than flicking through a book.
Also, it really really annoys me that A: They charge near enough the same price as for the full book, and B: its apple only (I understand why, its cheaper for them, but it does exclude a large portion of their consumer base)

I know that soft backs are coming (the soft backs for the first two are on the site now...) but I still think this is absolutely ridiculous. Apparently they sold out in 10 minutes. I was asleep when the pre order went up, so now I have no chance of getting the hardback.

It's not even like the soft backs are much cheaper. £35 for Glotkin and £45 for Nagash. So if hard cover is only worth £5, why did the army books get so much more expensive when they went hardback. I'm considering not buying them at all now.

GW books are getting ridiculous... Not only are they horribly overpriced and do you need tons of them, but now they are also really hard to get.
Luckily they have a tendency to end up freely available on the internet...

It was sold out in LESS than ten minutes here in the US.

The graphic did not even finish changing on the website before it was sold out.
