What do you think of this list?:
HQ:
Farseer with falohcus wing(48 inch run thing!)-130 points
Spiritseer-70 points
Troops:
Wraithguard in wave serpent with scatter lasers, holo-shields and shururiken cannon-305 points
Wraithguard with d-scythes in wave serpent with scatter lasers, holo-shields and shuriken cannon-355 points
Heavy Support:
Fire prism with holo-shields - 135 points

The Spiritseer starts with the wraith cannon guys in the wave serpent

Fire prisms are terrible, a night spinner is 10 times more versatile. It can pop a S 8 blast against tanks/ infantry (S7 plus one for monofiliment), it can flame troops and on a rol of a 6 is ap1.

I have no idea why you'd want to make your farseer run 48 inches, try using a jetbike mate?

Farseer with wing does pretty much nothing for you.

Foalchu's Wing is a fun, silly thing to use, but it doesn't have much tactical use. I'd get rid of it.

Iddy - nightspinners' main downside is that they can't fire at all if they have to jink (other than their shuricats). Fire prisms can, and they are the most versatile vehicle the Eldar have. They're able to reliably kill MEQ, TEQ, and AV14, especially with a farseer to twin link them. Granted they are better in pairs, but they definitely are not terrible.

I'd suggest keeping the Spiritseer back to support the mid field/fire prism and getting rid of the farseer altogether, replacing him with 10 Dire Avengers (also 130 pts) for the spiritseer to join.

A snap shooting fire prism is almost as useless as a snap shooting night spinner.

The whole point of a night spinner is no one pays it attention until the 3rd or 4th turn It's actually amazing against Buffmander Tau/ necron wraiths plus the torrent option can slap down deep striking armies. But then again it depends on how competitive you want the list.

As for the list, either drop the farseer and the prism, and go for a unit of dragons in a serpent or 3 hornets with pulse lasers. Drop the S. cannons from the other serpents and add in a shadow weaver.

I disagree. I believe my wave serpents are much more versatile.
Fire prisms are just bad (and only decent with far seer to twinlink it)

In my opinion fire prism are useful they are versatile enough to take out marines, terminators or even a land raider if lucky. The farseer makes sure it hits the target and can also give out buffs to everyone else (fortune!)
